Aleksandra S. Kelc: Anima and TULIP

This will be the first independent exhibition of oil on canvas paintings by Aleksandra S. Kelc, entitled Anima and TULIPAN.

“Aleksandra Kelc wants to open women’s hearts with the Anime motif and persuade us to start living more of our feminine side. Maybe even explain to men why it’s so important for women to be women. At Atelje MS, we are sure that she has ‘worked’ the motif admirably and we are sincerely looking forward to the joy, changes and joy, all the good things that her works will bring to us and our visitors,” wrote gallery manager Valerija Motaln.

You are invited to the official opening on Thursday, August 25, at 7 p.m. in the gallery Atelje MS, Zreče.

The pictures were created in the period 2020 to 2021. The booklet Anima and TULIPAN will be published in conjunction with the exhibition, which is both a guide to the exhibition and a manual for personal development. It describes the 8 life stages of a woman, which the author named: Anima of creation, Animama, Ani the doll, Nineteen, inner marriage, Ani the woman, Ani the wise and Ani the death.

ALEKSANDRA S. KELC is a graphic designer by profession, and drawing is her great love.
